Our team specifies and installs self-levelling compounds and traditional cement screeds to achieve the floor flatness tolerances required for commercial vinyl, carpet tile, marmoleum, and rubber installations across Perth. We conduct moisture testing and substrate assessment before specifying any screeding product — because the wrong levelling compound over a high-moisture slab creates a different but equally serious problem. For large-area commercial projects, bulk screeding over significant level differences is carried out first, followed by a final skim coat for dimensional accuracy across the whole installation.
