Full package installation including carpet tiles, vinyl flooring across office and workshop areas
The Hazelmere warehouse and office fitout presents the dual-environment commercial flooring brief — office areas and industrial zones sharing a building footprint, each requiring a different approach to flooring specification and installation. Office areas were fitted with carpet tiles, providing acoustic benefit in a workspace environment and handling the continuous foot traffic and chair movement of a commercial office. Workshop and warehouse zones received vinyl flooring, chosen for its hard-wearing surface, easy cleaning, and resistance to the heavier use that characterises industrial environments in the Perth metro area. Substrate preparation for each zone was designed to the demands of the specified covering. The whole scope was delivered as a single package out of our Wangara, Perth base — covering the full Hazelmere project without third-party subcontracting.
