This Perth CBD office fitout was delivered as a complete flooring package — from subfloor preparation through to final installation across all areas of the tenancy. Screed and self-levelling compounds were applied to correct slab tolerances and achieve the flatness required for commercial carpet tile installation. Carpet tiles were installed throughout the main office areas, chosen for their acoustic performance, design flexibility, and ease of individual tile replacement in a high-use corporate environment. Vinyl plank flooring was installed in reception, transition zones, and areas where a harder surface was required. The complete scope was delivered under a single contract, removing the coordination risk that comes with splitting subfloor preparation and floor covering installation between multiple subcontractors — a common source of programme delays on commercial fitout projects in Perth.
